We stock various items of racewear in stock, which can be found on our website. If we do not have a particular item in stock we can order it for you to arrive at your home address or to JDR Karting at a cost of £8 per order (not per item). Payment in full is required prior to ordering. If you are not satisfied with your items we will refund you within 14 days providing the items are returned in as new condition with packaging. P&P will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Please check size and colour prior to ordering.
Required unless you have your own covering or helmet
Party food and corporate meals must be booked in advance and a 50% deposit is required. Failure to attend will result in your deposit being lost unless 3 days notice is given. Payment in full will be required if less than 1 day's notice is given. If you are not satisfied with the food please let us know immediately and not when it is all eaten as then we will be unable to help and no refund will be offered. If you require more food please let the chef know and they will usually bring more for you FOC subject to fair use for party food. Customers are not allowed to consume their own food and drink on the premises not purchased from us. If you wish to do so there will be a minimum charge of £3 per person and this needs to be arranged in advance so we can reserve the necessary tables for you. This fee is to cover running costs of our cafe facilities.
We strongly advise that you book your session in advance to avoid disappointment as sessions are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking, which must be paid within 5 days of making your reservation. Reservations do not usually require a deposit for less than 6 players. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your start time. Late arrivals may not receive their full session if availability does not allow but will still be charged. Whilst we try to run on time this is not always possible so we therefore advise that you allow some extra time for your visit. All players are advised to wear comfortable footwear such as trainers. High-heels are not suitable for the upper levels of the arena. Exclusive use of the arena is not guaranteed unless agreed by prior arrangement and usually requires 28 players plus.
Children and adults may be mixed as the arena is not exclusively for children. On rare occasions some young children may find the experience a little scary and parents are welcome to enter the arena should they wish to keep an eye on their children at no extra charge unless they wish to have their own pack and play. CCTV is viewable from the cafe and parents are encouraged to watch their children playing in the arena. Should any parent see anything unusual please let a member of staff know. The arena is a no running zone and strictly no bad language. Any intolerable behaviour should be reported to a member of staff immediately and the offending players will be removed. We regret that there is nothing we can do if the complaint is raised after the games have finished. It is not possible for the attendants to supervise the whole of the arena at all times due to its size and shape and also with the game music playing we will not necessarily hear any bad language. We therefore have to partly rely on players and parents informing us of anything wrong.
Should you experience a broken pack please report this immediately by returning to the reception and tell a member of staff. We regret that we will be unable to help if you don't tell us and will not be able to offer a refund. A refund will be offered for games unplayed should the attendant be unsuccessful in replacing or resetting your pack. Players disobeying the safety instructions may be asked to leave without a refund being given.
